CNC Operator Wanted

We are looking for a qualified CNC operator for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing and production sector. About the Role

As a CNC operator, you will work with both CNC milling and turning, although experience in milling is sufficient for qualification. It is important to be able to read blueprints and have general knowledge of measurement, as this is part of the daily tasks. The working hours are scheduled for constant evening shifts, which means you must be flexible and adaptable to this work schedule. The position is a temp-to-perm role, offering the possibility of a long-term employment for the right person.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of CNC operator, the following qualifications are required:

• Experience working with CNC machines, particularly milling.
• Good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Experience in turning is also an advantage, but not a requirement. We value the personality of our candidates and prefer someone who is engaged and responsible.

Responsibilities

As a CNC operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and programming CNC machines for the production of components.
• Monitoring production to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Conducting measurements and quality checks of produced parts.
• Maintaining machines and tools to ensure optimal function.
• Documenting production processes and reporting any deviations.
