Machine Operator Wanted for Modern Production Environment

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a modern and automated production environment where quality, food safety, and operational reliability are the focus!

In the role of machine operator, you will work broadly with our machines and be responsible for a production area.

Through your understanding of machines and their functions, you will work towards the goal of production operating according to the production plan.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring machines and preventing and addressing production stoppages
• Ongoing problem-solving and troubleshooting regarding tools, robots, and machines.
• Performing changes - both orders, materials, and colors
• Documenting work steps and any actions or problems according to applicable routines
• Quality control of products

As we deliver to the food industry, we work according to strict routines and regulations to ensure good product quality as well as the hygiene requirements placed on the operation. In addition to quality and hygiene requirements, we actively work with safety in all parts of the production process.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with machines in the manufacturing industry and has a genuine technical interest. You are adaptable to changes in pace and can work according to priority order. If the priority order changes, you must be able to quickly adjust and adapt to what the situation requires. We are looking for someone who can independently take on a technical role in a production environment with a focus on problem-solving. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and skilled at both communicating and collaborating with those around you. Experience in highly automated production is an advantage. Good Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
