About the Position

In the role of machine operator, you will be part of a modern and expanding production environment where quality, safety, and efficiency are central parts of daily work. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting machines, as well as ensuring that production meets set goals. The job requires precision, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Start, monitor, and adjust production machines
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure that production meets quality standards
• Report production results and any deviations
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and efficient work environment

Your Profile

• Experience in industrial production is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Independent with a strong work ethic
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and attentive to details
