The painting profession often involves working independently, but we want to think outside the box and develop how we work together. Therefore, we organize the work in teams of two, where you jointly take responsibility for the entire painting process – from preparation to finished product.

About the position

In addition to the actual painting work, you will also work with several important steps in the process to ensure a high-quality result. Your tasks will include:

• Preparation for painting, such as sanding, masking, and cleaning of parts
• Hanging and taking down goods
• Mixing colors
• Quality control of painted surfaces
• Documentation in the form of painting protocols
• Forklift driving
• Close collaboration in teams to maintain high quality and an efficient production flow

Who are you?

Selection for the position is ongoing, and we are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a sense of quality. You thrive in a practical role where you can work with your hands and see the results of your work.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in wet painting
• Are meticulous and have an eye for detail
• Enjoy working both independently and in teams
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

We are a group of about 24 people, of various ages, with a common trait: we enjoy a fast pace, good atmosphere, and music playing. Not all tasks may be glamorous – but the colleagues more than compensate for that. We cherish the family feeling and help each other to have fun even when there is a lot to do.
