About the job as a spray painter

As a spray painter at our client, you will work with surface treatment of products where quality and precision are crucial. The role involves applying paint or lacquer using spray equipment according to given instructions, drawings, and quality requirements.

You will become part of the production team and work closely with colleagues in manufacturing, quality, and logistics. The work is physical and requires a good work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to maintain a steady production pace.

Examples of tasks include:

• Spray painting/lacquering of industrial products and components
• Preparation of surfaces before painting, such as cleaning and sanding
• Mixing paint and handling materials according to instructions
• Monitoring drying processes and post-checking painted surfaces
• Quality controls to ensure the right finish and paint thickness
• Basic maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment
• Following safety regulations, workplace routines, and production requirements

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in spray painting who enjoys a practical role in industrial production. You are meticulous, responsible, and have an easy time following instructions. To succeed in the assignment, you need to be quality-conscious, physically fit, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Requirements for the position

• Experience in spray painting
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good physical ability
