We are currently seeking production staff for our client's operations in Vetlanda within the manufacturing industry. This position is ideal for someone with technical competence and experience working in a modern production environment where robots, CNC machines, and welding are central components.

In this role, you will primarily work with robotic welding, but some manual welding is also included. You will also operate and monitor CNC machines and ensure that production maintains the correct quality. Material handling and forklift driving are a natural part of the daily work.

The work is scheduled in shifts, where both 2-shift and 4-shift patterns may occur depending on production needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we require you to have:

• Knowledge and experience with robots and CNC machines

• Experience with robotic welding and/or manual welding

• Forklift license (mandatory)

• Good technical understanding and a meticulous working approach

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Merits

• Overhead crane license (Traverskort)

• Experience with programming or advanced setup of CNC machines
