Do you want to work practically with machines and enjoy tinkering and fixing? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

For our client in Anderstorp, we are looking for someone who thrives in a practical role close to the machines. As an operator, you will operate and monitor machines in the metal industry. Your tasks will include setting up, adjusting, and changing tools. Performing ongoing maintenance and simple repairs, as well as ensuring the quality of produced parts.

The machines are not fully automated, which means that the job requires a genuine interest in mechanics and practical skills.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in industrial work, preferably in the metal industry.
Is accustomed to tinkering, fixing, and solving practical problems.
Can read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Has a forklift license and experience driving pallet jacks and counterbalance forklifts.
Has a good understanding of mechanics.
Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious.
Enjoys working independently but also in a team.

The work is scheduled during the day, and we prefer that you live in the local area, as the idea is for you to transition to the client after the hiring period.

Your Profile

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills since the work takes place at our clients' sites. We continuously work with incoming applications and only contact those who meet the application requirements.
