Machine Operator Wanted in Huskvarna

We are currently looking for a machine operator for a client in Huskvarna at Montico!

About the Position

You will initially be employed by us at Montico as a mobile consultant for six months before being directly hired by the client. Working hours are scheduled in shifts: Morning 05:30 to 14:00 Monday to Friday and Afternoon 14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday. The position is expected to be filled after the turn of the year (possibly early February).

Job Description

Our client manufactures various components within sintered metal that are melted in different machines (melting furnace). Your responsibilities will include monitoring and keeping the machines operational, ensuring the flow runs smoothly, and being responsible for the melting furnace. This is a physically demanding job that requires precision. You will also be loading and unloading goods.

We are looking for someone who has worked or has experience in the industry. We prefer that you have worked with machines before and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. Since this is a temp-to-perm recruitment, we are looking for someone with a long-term perspective. We believe that you have a strong work ethic and care about the success of the business. As a person, you should be self-motivated and able to work in a team. You will also receive thorough training on-site. You should be able to work shifts and adapt to the needs of the business. We prefer that you speak and write fluently in Swedish. A crucial part of our processes is references for selection.
