Machine Operator Wanted in Huskvarna

We are currently looking for a machine operator for a client in Huskvarna at Montico!

About the Position

Initially, you will be employed by us at Montico as a temporary consultant for six months, after which you will be hired directly by the client. Working hours are scheduled in shifts: Morning shift from 05:30 to 14:00 Monday to Friday and afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday. The position is expected to be filled after the New Year (possibly early February).

Job Description

Our client manufactures various components within sintered metal that are melted in different machines (melting furnace). Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining the machines, ensuring the flow runs smoothly, and being responsible for the melting furnace. This is a physically demanding job that requires precision. You will also be involved in loading and unloading goods.

We are looking for someone who has worked or has experience in the industry. We prefer that you have worked with machines before and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. Since this is a temp-to-hire recruitment, we are looking for someone with long-term potential. We believe that you have a strong work ethic and care about the success of the organization. As a person, you should be self-sufficient and able to work in a team. You will also receive thorough training on-site. You must be able to work shifts and adapt to the needs of the business. We prefer that you speak and write fluently in Swedish. A crucial part of our processes is references for selection.
