Brenderup is expanding and has taken on new operations at the site in Jönköping where we now need to strengthen our team with the right expertise. You will join at a stage where you have the opportunity to contribute to the design of our processes from day one.

In this role, you will be involved in the manufacturing of sandwich elements.

Sandwich elements have many names and are also known as sandwich panels, SIP panels (Structural Insulated Panels), or multi-layer panels. A sandwich element derives its strength from the construction of surface layers and core. They are well-suited for use as weather protection on vehicles and trailers.

The high strength and stiffness of the elements allow for long spans in construction with minimal deflection. They also provide good thermal insulation without the need for thermal bridges and offer reliable tightness, with a high insulation level leading to highly energy-efficient constructions.

Job Responsibilities

As a machine operator with us, you will play a central role in production. Your main tasks include:

• Operator Work: Control and monitor glue machines for component production.
• Wall Saw/Cutting: Handle and set up wall saws for precise cutting and dimensioning of materials.
• Changeovers: Perform machine changeovers during product changes.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and ensure that products meet our quality standards.
• Maintenance: Perform basic daily maintenance and troubleshooting on the machines.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and technically inclined.

• Experience: You have previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in the wood industry, gluing, or sawmills. Experience with wall saws is an advantage.
• Technical Understanding: You find it easy to understand technical instructions and can make machine adjustments.
• Quality Mindset: You are meticulous and see quality as a given.
• Attributes: You are a team player who is flexible and solution-oriented.
• Language: Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required.
• Forklift and crane license: is considered an advantage.
