Your practical experience and expertise are highly valued here – whether you have many years in the industry or a relevant education. You recognize yourself in the following:

• Experience in manual welding (MIG, MAG, and/or TIG)
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Valid welding certificates are advantageous, but experience carries equal weight
• Meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys a structured and safe working environment
