As an operator in wood processing, you will be responsible for replenishing materials, removing materials, troubleshooting, performing quality control, and maintenance in the production process. To ensure that the work is both efficient and of high quality, it is essential that you are meticulous in your work and have good collaboration skills. You are goal-oriented and enjoy working towards the company's set goals, constantly striving to improve in your work.

In the future, there will be an opportunity to step into a coordinator role for the group.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience as an operator in the process industry
• Driver's license B and access to a car.
• Forklift license
• Good physical condition as there are lifting moments in daily work

• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings and technical understanding
• Experience in taking responsibility for work distribution and daily follow-up
• Previous experience in team leadership

The position means that you will initially be employed on a fixed-term contract for 6 months, and if everything goes as planned, you will either continue at OnePartnerGroup or receive employment with the client. This position means that you will be employed as a consultant with us at OnePartnerGroup and you will spend your working days at our client's site.
