Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated CNC programmer/operator who wants to be part of our production team. You will work with modern CNC machines, where you will be responsible for programming, setup, and operation. The role requires both technical knowledge and practical skills, where you contribute to ensuring high quality in production.

Responsibilities:

Program CNC machines (G-code and/or CAM programs).
Set up and operate machines for milling/turning.
Conduct test runs and measure details.
Optimize machining processes for efficient production.
Perform basic maintenance of machines and tools.
Document production data and report deviations.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have:

Education in CNC technology, production technology, or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques.
Experience in CNC programming (e.g., Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, or similar systems).
Familiarity with CAM programs is a plus.
Meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
