Production Staff – for an established industrial client in Jönköping County

We are currently looking for several production workers for an established industrial client to work in a modern production environment. The role is central to the operation and characterized by a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration, with good opportunities for long-term development.

About the Role:

As a production worker, you will work in daily production with the responsibility of ensuring an efficient, safe, and high-quality production flow. The work may include both manual and machine-related tasks and is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, production technology, and management.

Main Responsibilities:

Work in production according to established routines and instructions.
Monitor and manage machines and equipment in the production process.
Ensure quality through self-checks and reporting deviations.
Participate in transitions, improvement work, and efficiency of production.
Follow safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.
Participate in housekeeping tasks and basic maintenance as needed.

Your Profile

Responsibilities and Authority:

Contribute to achieving production goals regarding quality, pace, and delivery.
Take responsibility for your work tasks and collaborate for a stable production flow.
Notice and report deviations, errors, and suggestions for improvement.
Work according to the company's values, routines, and quality requirements.
Actively participate in improvement and development work in production.

Requirements:

Experience in industrial or production work is an advantage.
Good technical understanding and ability to follow instructions.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-conscious.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Good physical condition as the work can be practical and repetitive.
Swedish in spoken and written form.
Forklift license and/or machine experience are advantageous (depending on the assignment).
