We are looking for

Summer Replacements for Smålandsbruken

During the summer period, we are looking for employees for our operations in Kvillsfors and Pauliström. If you work with us during the summer, you will have a developing summer job and an opportunity to try out and learn how work functions in the process industry. You will be trained by our experienced employees and be an important part of our summer staffing. We place great emphasis on safety, good collaboration, and quality in what we do.

Machine Operator

The main tasks consist of controlling, monitoring, and being responsible for the production process. You will be part of one of our shift teams and operate machines in our highly automated production facilities in Pauliström or Nyboholm. The work is scheduled for 5 shifts.

Maintenance Personnel

As an electrician and mechanic, you will work with service, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting. You will also assist with tuning and optimizing the machinery. Education in electrical, technical, industrial fields or equivalent experience, as well as a B driver's license, are required.

Forklift Operator for Loading

You will work daytime loading and unloading trucks and containers and placing goods in the warehouse, but also perform some administrative work. You need to have a B driver's license and forklift certification, as well as experience operating counterbalance forklifts.

Office Staff

We are also looking for summer replacements for office staff in supply and material planning. It is an advantage if you have experience in administrative roles and education in technology or logistics. You need to have a B driver's license.

To Succeed

To work with us, you must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish to understand information, safety regulations, and routines. As a person, you are structured, communicative, goal-oriented, and responsible. It is important that you have the ability and willingness to learn new things and collaborate with others. Personal suitability is highly valued. Experience from the process industry, as well as forklift certification and technical education, is advantageous.

Employment Conditions

The period mainly applies to the entire summer with some possibility of extension. Introduction and training in your tasks will begin in the spring, and hiring can occur continuously. The working hours are shift work or daytime. You will receive paid overtime compensation according to the agreement when you work inconvenient hours such as evenings, nights, and weekends during shift work.
