We are now looking for you - a curious and business-driven salesperson who wants to be a key player in developing our sales strategy, driving new business, and building long-term customer relationships. About the role
Here you will have the opportunity to take a comprehensive approach to our sales and customer engagement. We currently receive many incoming business inquiries but see great value in working more long-term with follow-ups, relationship building, and recurring business. As a Business Development Manager, your task will be to develop both new and existing customer relationships and create structures for sustainable growth. Initially, you will spend a lot of time with customers to build relationships, but over time, more meetings will take place digitally.
You will, among other things:
- Visit customers all over Sweden and build long-term relationships, with a strong focus on Gothenburg and Stockholm
- Identify and drive business opportunities – from framework agreements to packaged comprehensive solutions.
- Prospect and develop new customer contacts while deepening collaborations with existing ones.
- Ensure follow-up and structure in our CRM
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and if necessary, installations and customer training.
We are looking for someone who...
… wants to combine their business acumen with their curiosity for technology and innovation. You have a few years of experience in B2B sales and are confident in driving the entire sales cycle – from booking the first meeting to closing the deal and ensuring long-term collaborations. We see that you are self-driven, unpretentious, and structured, but at the same time social and relationship-building. You build trust and keep your promises. You thrive equally well in dialogue with decision-makers as in being out with customers demonstrating technical solutions. At the same time, you are curious and want to understand both our products and our customers' operations in depth – to find the right solutions and create recurring business.
- A couple of years of experience in B2B sales, within technology, IT, or industry.
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Driver's license.
