- Head office in Mölnlycke outside Gothenburg

- Christian Berner AB: approximately 70 employees, revenue approximately 250 MSEK
- Business area Filter Technology: revenue approximately 20 MSEK

About the role
As a Technical Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving value-based sales and developing our customer relationships in southern Sweden. You will be based at the head office in Mölnlycke and become part of an engaged team within Filter Technology.
Your responsibilities include:
- Driving the entire sales process: prospecting, customer meetings, needs analysis, quotations, negotiations, and contracts.
- Working closely with both new and existing customers, our international suppliers, and colleagues in the group.
- Representing Christian Berner at trade fairs, customer events, and supplier visits.
- Contributing to the development of the business area's revenue and growth targets.
Travel within the district occurs, with some overnight stays, as well as a limited number of trips abroad to suppliers.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who combines technical interest with strong business drive. You are accustomed to working long-term, advisory, and structured in your sales approach.
We believe you have:
- Post-secondary technical education and experience in complex B2B sales.
- Good knowledge of contracts, tendering, and customer-specific solutions.
- Understanding of flow technology and preferably experience with pressurized systems.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good IT skills (Office package, CRM).
- Driver's license B.

- Structured, organized, and self-driven.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing.
- Confident and stable in the role of advisory partner.
