At Storesupport by Job&Talent, we collaborate with some of Sweden's most well-known retail chains in the grocery sector – such as City Gross, ICA Maxi, Stora Coop, ICA Supermarket, and Willys – and provide staffing for both urgent and planned needs. We are currently looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and enjoys a varied job in grocery stores. 

Job Responsibilities As a store employee, you will work with several of our clients in the Haninge area as well as in Stockholm County. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in different stores and thus develop your skills in retail, sales, and customer service. The tasks vary depending on the assignment and may include cash register work, restocking, inventory, postal services, and ATG, as well as other store duties.

Personal Characteristics

We are looking for someone who thrives in a service-oriented role where you are the store's face to the public and customer contact is the focus. You have a professional and serious demeanor towards customers. You easily adapt to different work environments, take initiative, and work efficiently even in a fast-paced setting. Providing service comes naturally to you – you understand that customers are the most important people in the store and always strive to create a positive experience for them.

Requirements

• The position requires that you have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of other main occupations include studies at least half-time (50%), self-employment, part-time employment, retirement, or being a professional athlete. You will need to provide proof of your main occupation before potential employment for this position.

Employment Type 

As a part-time employee with us, you input your availability week by week. You should be able to work two to three days a week, primarily Monday to Friday during the day. Your schedule will consist of both planned and urgent shifts, which places high demands on your flexibility and availability.
