About Apoteket Björnen

Here at Apoteket Björnen, we are centrally located in beautiful Bergsjö, Hälsingland. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a smaller, cozy pharmacy together with a technician, surrounded by nature. Around Bergsjö, there is access to both swimming, outdoor activities, and mountains. We have close collaborations with organizations around the village and care for our customers. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: Weekdays 09:00-17:00.

Your Role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. As a pharmacist, you will work across the pharmacies included in this pharmacy group, with placement at Björnen in Bergsjön. The group includes 3 additional pharmacies: Lokatten, Stjärnan (hospital pharmacy), and Rönnen, Iggesund.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have several years of experience from pharmacies and working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
