Assignment Description:

Professional Galaxy is seeking a Level 3 Requirements Analyst for the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). The Digital Customer Flow unit is experiencing high demand for requirements management, and within the Handläggervy & Progressmotor product, Arbetsförmedlingen is involved in many large initiatives. In the fall, we need reinforcement for 4 months with the possibility of extension to analyze the major initiatives.

You will:

• Analyze incoming needs from the business

• Convey functional and non-functional requirements to the team

• Facilitate workshops

• Document requirements

• Create functional descriptions of the applications (not technical descriptions)

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

You must have:

• 3 years of experience as a requirements analyst with analysis and documentation of business needs.

• 3 years of work experience in the application of digitization and support systems based on case management.

• 3 years of experience independently delivering presentations and leading workshops to find solutions to business needs and the way forward.

• 3 years of experience working with requirements analysis in agile IT development teams operating under SAFe or Scrum.

• You must be able to communicate well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

You should have:

a) experience working in government agencies.

b) experience in leading agile roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master.

c) experience managing documentation in support systems such as Confluence and Jira.

Scope: 100%

Contract duration: 2025-09-15 – 2025-12-23 (possibility of extension for up to 8 months)
