This is us
The Staffing Unit is a central unit responsible for recruitment and placement of substitutes in the social field. In the Staffing Unit, you have the opportunity to work in various operations - developing and educational! We always try to match your qualifications with the work we think suits you best.
Our operations are located in Bäckefors, Billingsfors, Dals-Långed, and Bengtsfors.
You can work in
- Care and support – home care, special housing, and short-term care.
- Support and service (LSS) - housing with special services (residential), personal assistance, short-term stays for children and adults.

Working with us means that you meet people who need your help, support, and commitment. The nature of the support depends on the individuals' needs and wishes. It may involve assisting with personal care, hygiene, shopping, laundry, cleaning, or various activities. The work also includes performing tasks on behalf of a nurse and documenting. Regardless of where you work, your mission is to work together with supportive colleagues to create wonderful days and a safe and joyful existence for those we are here for.

Working hours that suit you
You have a great opportunity to work up to full-time. Since the operations are running around the clock, every day, there is a great variation in working hours and schedules. Work shifts are scheduled for day/evening, weekends, and for certain positions, also night.

We are looking for someone who has a good reception, the will and ability to help others, and the ability to meet the clients' needs. You are flexible and easily adapt to changing circumstances. You take responsibility for your tasks and invest time and commitment in your work. You follow the operations' routines and the clients' implementation plans.
For you to succeed and thrive in your role as a substitute, you need to have an interest in helping others and a strong work ethic. We place great importance on personal suitability.
Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old.
- We prioritize applicants with approved or ongoing education equivalent to the care program, child and leisure program, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
- You have good computer skills and are accustomed to handling mobile phones and other digital tools and systems.
- You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- In some of our operations, a B driver's license is required.
- If you have previous experience in similar work, we consider it an advantage.
What does our recruitment process look like?

- You should provide a reference to your current or most recent manager and/or supervisor with name, phone number, and email address. If you have no previous work experience, provide a teacher from your high school as a reference.
- Selection and interviews are conducted continuously during the application period.
