About the Job
Do you want a meaningful job where you can make a difference? We need you with knowledge and interest in palliative care for our wonderful team in the center.
We provide excellent care for our most seriously ill patients. Our care is based on the four cornerstones by preventing and alleviating suffering, promoting continuity and good communication between the sick person, relatives, and healthcare staff regardless of the principal. We operate from our new office at Gårdavägen 2.
We are now looking for a new employee to join our palliative care competence team. We are a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We work person-centered and plan our work based on the individual’s conditions and needs. Our patients are in various palliative stages and ages. Patients can be found both at home and in our other municipal housing forms. The palliative care competence team is part of home healthcare, focusing on patients with complex palliative care needs. In addition to patient responsibility, the team has a mission to educate and support colleagues in palliative care to broaden knowledge in our urban area. The goal is for everyone to be offered equitable palliative care regardless of housing form. As a nurse in the team, you will also have several collaboration areas with both primary care and specialist care as well as colleagues in the urban area.
At our workplace, we care for each other and work together to provide good and safe care. If you want to be part of this meaningful work, you will have the opportunity to help continue developing our competence team.
