About Apoteket Lillänge

Apoteket Lillänge in Östersund is a large pharmacy with many prescription and self-care customers located in the Lillänge shopping area. We are a team of 11 employees who work for each other and for our customers. We are a pharmacy that is very proud to offer vaccinations and home delivery to our customers.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09.00-19.00, Saturdays 10.00-16.00, Sundays 11.00-16.00.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.
