Role Description:

Assignment Description

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator who wants to be the hub of a project and contribute to creating structure, clarity, and progress. You will work closely with project owners and project managers, and your role will be to keep the whole together and ensure that the project moves forward.

Main Responsibilities

Your role includes coordinating project activities and resources, planning meetings, creating agendas, and documenting decisions. You will follow up on deadlines and remind responsible persons, as well as serve as a contact point between project owners, project teams, and other stakeholders. An important part of the job is to ensure clear communication within the project and to the steering group/management. You contribute to structure by maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation, and support project managers with reporting and risk management.

Qualifications:

• You are structured and meticulous with an eye for detail
• You have experience in project administration, project coordination, or similar roles within IT/digitalization
• You are familiar with working in project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or M365
• You are communicative and relationship-building with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• You thrive in a role where you can combine administrative tasks with close collaboration with people in a dynamic environment
