The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is a regional clinic with outpatient clinics in 4 locations: Gällivare, Kalix, Luleå, and Piteå. The regional clinic also includes the BUP line, Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Safety Team, Neuropsychiatric BUP team, and a department for inpatient care.

We are looking for

You who are applying for the position should be a licensed nurse, preferably with a few years of experience in nursing. If you are specialized in psychiatry, health, and medical care for children and adolescents, it is an advantage, as well as if you have knowledge of Sami/Finnish.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and see that you have good collaboration skills and personal maturity. You are structured and have the ability to see the bigger picture.

What you will work with

As a nurse with us, your work will be varied, challenging, and fun. This means that you will work with patient visits, both physical and digital, participate in treatment conferences, conduct follow-ups during medication treatment (new initiations and annual checks), TeleQ, prescriptions, advice, and 1177. There is an opportunity to lead patient and family education.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position. The position is split, 50% at each clinic, with the location being Kalix. You will work on-site in Kalix and remotely towards Gällivare. Working hours are scheduled during the day from 8 AM to 5 PM.
We apply a background check before the decision on employment according to the provisions of the law (2013:852) on background checks of persons who will work with children.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
