JOB DESCRIPTION
The tasks include, among other things, administering the clients in your unit and all work related to being responsible for clients. Administration is part of the tasks, which means that you will handle staff time reporting to the Social Insurance Agency, payroll reporting, and follow up on documentation. You are the immediate supervisor of the personal assistants in your unit. The starting point is from the office in Malmö, but travel is included in the position as you need to be able to reach the clients where they are.
A valid driver's license B is required.

In the daily work as a sales-oriented client manager, tasks may arise at short notice, which requires you to prioritize your tasks. You have support from your colleagues and managers in the organization to solve the problems that arise.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you, as an applicant, have experience in administration. You should enjoy contacting new people and have several points of contact that you are constantly working with. You are a problem solver who is used to changes, thrives when there is a lot to do, and are a driven person yourself.

The position is a permanent employment that starts with a six-month probationary period. Salary is set individually.
