We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for an Account Manager with a background in CX who wants to help develop both our customer relationships and our company.

The Role

As an Account Manager with us, you will have a unique opportunity to combine business drive with your experience in CX. You will:

  • Be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to contracts.
  • Be an advisory partner who understands our customers' CX challenges and translates them into value-creating solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to our growth journey by building long-term relationships with high-level decision-makers.
  • Work closely with our internal delivery team and our consultants in AI and transformation management, ensuring you always have expertise at your back.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer experience but also has a strong commercial instinct. You are comfortable in dialogues with decision-makers and have the ability to quickly gain trust – not least because you come from the CX world and speak the customers' language.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer responsibility within CX, CRM, digital transformation, or similar.
  • Understanding of what drives a first-class customer journey and how to build it.
  • Documented experience of creating growth through sales.
  • The ability to combine strategy and business with empathy and customer understanding.
