We are looking for an experienced UX Lead for an on-site consulting assignment starting October 2025. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive tools and solutions that make complex processes simple, efficient, and enjoyable to use.

Your mission: Lead all UX activities and ensure valuable, desirable, and user-friendly experiences. Create and implement a UX strategy that aligns with the overall vision and goals. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and cross-functional teams. Mentor teams and leaders in user-centered design methodologies. Raise the UX maturity level by introducing standards, routines, and training. Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support the design of tools for parameter documentation, diagnostics, and modernization projects. Contribute to secure and efficient software development and deployment environments.

What we are looking for: Senior UX professional with proven experience in leading UX work. Solid background in designing for complex technical systems. Strong communicator who can bridge business, tech, and design. Experience working in agile environments with fast-paced, iterative development. Ability to coach, inspire, and develop teams and individuals. Comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on design work. Located in Gothenburg, able to work on-site at Lindholmen Science Center.
