Sous Chef / Menu Manager for Catering Business in Arlandastad

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and work in an international environment where you can combine leadership, menu planning, and customer contact? We are now looking for an experienced and driven sous chef for our client's catering business in Arlandastad.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the chefs in the kitchen and lead the daily operations. You will compose menus and ensure high quality in food production. The role also means that you will be the face of the business towards customers, with direct dialogue with responsible parties at SAS. Administrative work is also included.

Conditions
  • The position is covered by Unionen's service agreement

  • 30 days of vacation entitlement

  • No compensation or overtime accrual applies

Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience as a chef

  • Experience as a sous chef or similar leadership role is an advantage

  • You are proficient in both Swedish and English in speech and writing

  • You have natural leadership skills and thrive in a role with both operational and strategic responsibilities

  • You are used to working in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and have a good sense of quality and customer relations
