We are looking for a pizza chef responsible for ordering, work planning, and HACCP. You should have an interest in food and quality and be skilled in both pizza and pasta. We work with a wood-fired oven, which you must be able to handle. Experience as a pizza maker and the ability to work under stress are some of the qualities we seek, as it is crucial to manage the job when it gets busy. You will lead the work and planning and, together with the restaurant manager, plan the schedule. Good knowledge of Swedish is important as it is the language used in the kitchen.
At Delibruket Flatbread, the focus is on well-prepared Neapolitan pizza with quality ingredients from small producers.
