As part of their forward development, we are now looking for a product manager who wants to grow together with them. We at Asta Agency are collaborating with KEBO Labrum in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment with a good opportunity for employment at KEBO Labrum. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant.
About the Position
We are now seeking a Product Manager who wants to become a key person in the development and sales of KEBO Labrum's solutions within protective ventilation, clean rooms, and climate rooms. The role involves working closely with their senior expert during an introductory period to gradually take over responsibility for customer dialogues, technical solutions, and product development. As a product manager, you will work through the entire chain, from customer meetings, quotation work, and technical advice to project management and supplier contacts. You will be a central link between customers, suppliers, and internal project managers/salespeople. An important part of the role is to contribute to development projects and drive the next generation of products and solutions forward. You will also work with CAD, both in the form of standard drawings and special solutions, often in close collaboration with experienced designers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for products and solutions within protective ventilation, clean rooms, and climate rooms
- Participate in customer meetings, present and sell solutions, and prepare quotations, specifications, and documentation
- Project management: coordinate with internal salespeople/project managers and external consultants
- Technical support and advice to both customers and colleagues
- Participate in product development and drive development projects forward
- Contact with suppliers and develop the product range
- CAD work: standard drawings and special solutions
- Be involved in the entire project flow: from feasibility study to final delivery
Qualifications and Attributes
We are looking for someone with a technical background and experience in ventilation, preferably from the consulting side as a designer or HVAC consultant. You thrive in customer dialogues, are used to driving projects, and find it stimulating to combine technical knowledge with business acumen. At the same time, you appreciate collaboration and can function as a link between different parties. We are looking for someone who is curious and wants to develop, both within their products and by adopting new methods and working practices. To succeed in the role, we see that you are structured and quality-conscious, but also solution-oriented and proactive. You have good communication skills, build trust in meetings, and enjoy working in an environment where technology meets business.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:
- Civil or university engineer or equivalent technical education
- Approximately 5 years of experience in ventilation, preferably as an HVAC consultant or designer
- Experience with CAD
- Technical understanding of airflows, ventilation, and control systems
- Experience in protective ventilation is an advantage but not a requirement
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driving license B
