About the property manager position
As a Property Manager for our client, you will work with a mixed commercial portfolio in central Stockholm. Among the tenants are government agencies, museums, restaurants, hotels, as well as office and residential tenants. The role involves being responsible for the economic and legal management of the properties. You will be responsible for leasing premises and residences, which includes rent negotiations, terminations, expressions of interest, viewings, and contract writing. The role involves many points of contact where you collaborate with colleagues, tenants, and external suppliers in planning and ordering local rental adaptations as well as operational and maintenance measures.

Who are we looking for?
As a person, you are responsible, used to taking your own initiatives and driving them to completion. You have good collaboration skills, are relationship-building, and enjoy having many contacts in your work. It is important that you enjoy meeting many different kinds of people.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experiences:

• Several years of experience in property management
• Documented experience in drafting lease agreements, lease agreements, and boundary lists
• Experience in conducting renegotiations and managing tenant and contractor contacts
• Experience working on larger renovation projects
• Good knowledge of rental law and handling contract disputes
• Good computer skills
