The Psychiatric Clinic in Södra Lappland is an outpatient clinic covering all diagnostic groups. Inpatient care is available in Skellefteå and Umeå. Our team consists of about 45 employees. We are part of the Södra Lappland primary care area, where development work is ongoing within the framework of Good and Close Care. This work is done in collaboration with primary care and municipalities in the catchment area.

At the clinic, we work in interdisciplinary teams. We place great importance on collaboration with the patient's network and care neighbors. Södra Lappland has a large catchment area, which means we utilize digital solutions in both staff meetings, meetings, and patient work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist physician with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better. Here, you will meet patients with all psychiatric diagnoses.

As a specialist physician, you play a vital role in our mission to treat severe mental illness. At our clinic, we work in interdisciplinary teams, and the work often involves collaboration with the patient's family and other networks. In our patient and internal work, we often use digital technology, which is appreciated by both patients and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry.

We seek someone who has good collaboration skills and understands the value of effective communication. You enjoy sharing and receiving new knowledge and experiences. We believe you are self-driven and take great responsibility for your tasks. Since the variation in tasks and work pace can be significant, you need to be able to quickly shift focus and prioritize. Your attitude contributes to a good work climate, where we all collaborate to achieve the best quality of care for our patients.
