This position is located at Vågen, which is part of the nursing unit 3, consisting of about 30 nurses. The unit includes the operations of Tunagården, Vågen, Spångagården, Bolindergården, Måsta äng, Solåsen, and Ärlagården. Welcome to us!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will work with person-centered care and lead the municipal health and medical care work. You will use medical technology and evidence-based tools to provide the best possible care. You will be responsible for assessments, identifying risks, and mapping patients' needs for care measures.

The work involves close collaboration with other nurses and professional groups, both internally and externally, to ensure patients' care needs. Here you will have varied and interesting tasks that involve health and medical care interventions, both planned and urgent. You will also mentor, support, and educate/delegate health and medical care tasks to nursing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have a B driver's license. If you have several years of experience as a nurse, experience working with the target group (elderly with cognitive impairment), and/or experience in training/mentoring other staff, it is an advantage. Likewise, if you have further education in relevant areas and/or experience working with quality registers such as Senior Alert, Palliative Register, or similar.

You are a confident and self-sufficient nurse with the ability to make independent decisions. If you enjoy collaborating well with others and thrive with varied tasks, you will fit in well with us!
