At Forenede Care, we are looking for you as a care assistant who wants to work as a part-time employee at our cozy nursing home Väpnaren!

As a care assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

Väpnaren is a special accommodation with 36 places. Väpnaren is centrally located in Klippan within walking distance to public transport. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful environment.

With us, you will receive competent and dedicated management staff who support and develop you in your role as a care assistant and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the role of part-time care assistant, you will perform care and support based on the client's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and engaging in social activities. Social activities may include conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

As a part-time care assistant with us, you have good opportunities to receive new temporary positions or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for part-time positions as part-time employees. Start as soon as possible.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a care assistant
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also consider previous experience in elderly care and dementia care as an advantage.

To thrive in this position, you care about your fellow human beings, are good at building relationships, have a strong commitment, and are service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.
