Evenings are an important time for our clients. It is then that you create security, calm, and a nice end to the day. You are not just there to help – you are there to see, listen, and be present when it is truly needed.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have a central role in our clients' lives, and your tasks will vary depending on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to work with:

• Personal care - Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Social support and conversation - Provide companionship, create security, and give clients the feeling of not being alone.
• Supervision and assistance as needed - Be a support in handling various situations, for example during transfers.
• Practical tasks - Assist with shopping, meals, and other tasks that can facilitate the client's daily life.
• Documentation - Carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education – you are trained and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document professionally.
• Driving license B – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our clients in their homes.
• Stress-resistant and responsible – you handle pressured situations with calm and determination.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic and attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each client has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same and have the ability to adapt to clients' needs.
• Meticulous and responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work and results.

Working hours: Monday – Friday and every other weekend.

Working time: 16:00 - 22:00.

Workplace: You will start from our office in Täby, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute.

Flexibility: We offer fixed schedules with different working degrees and the possibility of variation.

Aleo Care is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that provides home care in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.
