Ward M77 is an inpatient care ward within Psychiatry Sydväst and belongs to the acute psychiatric section. We meet patients with all commonly occurring psychiatric diagnoses. We are a competent team with a clear focus on psychiatric care, structure, and leadership. At M77, we want to create good care for all individuals who stay with us, and we offer our patients weekly recurring lectures on anxiety and mindfulness exercises.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a specialist nurse in psychiatry or soon to be a qualified specialist nurse in psychiatry.
• Has experience working within specialist psychiatric inpatient care.
• Has good communication, structuring, and planning skills.
• Enjoys a leadership role and collaborates well with other professionals.
• Wants to contribute to a safe, professional, and development-oriented work environment.

Employment form

Permanent employment, full-time 100%, day and evening shifts, and two out of five weekends.

Job responsibilities

As a nurse responsible for psychiatric care, you work both on an individual and group level. The role is caring and leadership-oriented and includes responsibility for medication management, documentation in the TakeCare journal system, team leadership, and actively working to strengthen the patient's participation in care.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse with a specialist nursing degree in psychiatry, or ongoing specialist training with expected graduation soon. Experience in specialist psychiatric inpatient care is a requirement.

Customized introduction based on your needs and background. Our goal is for you to feel secure with the tasks before you work independently. Retention bonus (ATK) according to the region's agreement with the nursing union. This means you receive 40 hours/year in a time bank that you can take out as salary, leave, or pension contributions. As a licensed nurse with specialist training in psychiatric care, you have the opportunity to take on extra assignments. Up to 20% of your working hours can be allocated to the assignment, and a salary supplement of 2500 SEK/month is also provided. As an employer, we care about your well-being.
