We are looking for a Product Owner in Communication & Collaboration.

Technical areas included in the delivery:

  • Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Viva Engage, Planner, Stream).
  • Hybrid environments.
  • Communication and collaboration within the digital workplace.
  • Governance, structure, and information architecture.
  • Digital meetings, hybrid work, and smart working methods.

The assignment means that you:

  • Are the product owner for the area Communication & Collaboration within the digital workplace.
  • Are part of the product management team and contribute to driving the overall strategy for the area.
  • Ensure that the services within communication and collaboration in Microsoft 365 are developed based on user needs and organizational goals.
  • Drive the roadmap and priorities in close dialogue with the business, IT, and other product areas.
  • Have budget responsibility as well as responsibility for follow-up and reporting.
  • Work with governance, structure, and user-centered development of collaboration solutions.
  • Coordinate improvements and changes at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
  • Contribute to and further develop concepts within governance, adoption, digital workplace strategy, and future collaboration solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in the role of product owner or similar within digital workplaces/Microsoft 365.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365's collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Experience in ownership of a functional area (management leadership).
  • Experience in budget work and financial follow-up.
  • Experience leading teams towards set goals.
  • Experience driving roadmaps, creating backlogs, prioritizing, and collaborating with many stakeholders.
  • Ability to combine technology, user behaviors, and business benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to express yourself clearly in both speech and writing.
  • Experience from larger organizations with complex needs and governance requirements.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience in change management within communication and collaboration solutions.
  • Knowledge of governance, information structure, or security requirements related to Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with agile working methods.
  • Ability to switch between a strategic holistic perspective and operational work.
