About us
We provide Advanced Home Healthcare in northern Greater Stockholm. We have small but very effective teams in 5 different locations. The teams consist of Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and Occupational Therapists. You will work independently with patients in their homes but also have the security of colleagues nearby.
The Role
As a member of the Resource Team, you will play an important role with us. You will be placed in the various teams at Aleris ASIH Nord based on need. As a nurse in the Resource Team, you will work in our ASIH teams in Upplands-Väsby, Sollentuna, Täby, Lidingö, and Vällingby. For this flexibility, we offer a generous salary supplement each month, in addition to the base salary. We document in Take Care and use Epsilon as a planning tool.

About you:
- are a licensed nurse with at least 2 years of experience in inpatient care, ASIH, or equivalent. If you have a VUB in palliative care, oncology, geriatrics, or as DSK, it is meritorious but not a requirement.
- work evidence-based and are professional in your approach while prioritizing the patient
- are flexible and open to new challenges
- are a team player and appreciate working in multidisciplinary teams
- have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- A driving license (B) is required
Employment Conditions Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period Scope: Full-time or as agreed Start date: As agreed Salary: Individual salary setting Collective agreement exists
Other: Full-time working hours are 37 hours/week, mixed day/evening/weekend shifts, weekend work two out of five weekends.
