We are now looking for two nursing assistants. Initially, you will be placed in our TOSH team for several months but may later be transferred to home care in Alvesta.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to and can work in a team and has a particular interest in rehabilitative work. The team works to create a safe and secure return home for individuals coming back to their residence after a hospital stay or short-term placement.

The team is a mobile working group that places great emphasis on rehabilitation efforts to support individuals in strengthening their ability to feel secure and independent. The purpose of the team is to provide intensive rehabilitation and extensive support services at the beginning of the user's return home. In addition to rehabilitation efforts, the team also handles daily care tasks for the individual. This may include making breakfast, assisting with showers, or going for walks together. The team consists of nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will perform standard care tasks in the home.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and have a salutogenic approach where you see the whole person and their opportunities in their life situation. Your personal qualities include a professional attitude, being service-oriented, attentive, and having good initiative. You are used to working independently but can also collaborate with others. You have a good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish, can plan and prioritize, and are experienced in working with digital systems.

A driver's license is required.
