We are now looking for a new colleague for our production team within flooring production in Nybro.

As a group coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be a key person in flooring production, where your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and lead the daily work within the team and ensure that production flows according to plan. You are the link between production and production management and contribute, along with other employees, to efficient work with high quality in a safe working environment. As a group coordinator, you will participate in the team's daily operational work.

• Lead and coordinate employees in daily production work to ensure that quality requirements and production goals are met.
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on work to create efficient flows within the work area.
• Support employees in their work, contribute to a good working climate, and help develop the skills within the group.
• Actively contribute to the work with continuous improvements, problem-solving, and process optimization.
• Ensure that the work environment and safety procedures are followed and participate in safety rounds.
• Act according to applicable procedures in case of incidents or other deviations.
• Collaborate with other group coordinators and hold shorter information meetings with the group.
• Handle time reporting, production reporting, and contacts with the maintenance department.

Qualifications and experiences we would like to see from you:

• Experience in operational production work within industry, preferably from manufacturing or process industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and administrative experience.
• Interest in production technology, quality assurance, and improvement work.
• As a person, you have an inclusive, unpretentious, and solution-oriented attitude.
• You enjoy collaborating and creating participation, and you thrive on developing both people and processes.
• You have the ability to see the big picture and context and recognize the importance of a good work environment with safety and quality as top priorities.

Terms, working hours, and other information:

The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period.

Working hours are 2-shift, 36.65 hours/week.
