The Role

We are now looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician for our BMW facility in Luleå who wants to join us on our journey to take the industry to the next level. The team you will be part of will consist of 7 Vehicle Technicians and 4 Service Advisors, and you will report to our Service Manager who works together to support each other in achieving set goals. Central to the role is to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met by performing high-quality service work. The work includes, among other things;

• Performing service and repairs.
• Electronics and troubleshooting.
• Customer contact in connection with upselling.

You do not need to know everything in the above areas; your attitude and willingness to learn and develop are more important. Although your main focus will be on repairs and maintenance, you will also occasionally have direct contact with customers and thus be an important part of building our customer relationships. 

Who are you? 

For the position of Vehicle Technician with us, we see that you have the following qualifications;

• Technical education in vehicle technology
• At least three years of work experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Good computer skills
• Driving license B
• Swedish spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with BMW/MINI cars, electric and hybrid vehicles, have experience with routine changes, and have experience with Kobra or other relevant IT systems.
