Job Responsibilities

As a property technician, you will be responsible for property automation, maintenance, and upkeep of heating, ventilation, and cooling at the Combined Heat and Power Plant. You will, with freedom under responsibility within your tasks, drive and participate in projects such as renovations, improvements, and efficiency enhancements of our heating and ventilation systems.

You will belong to the electrical and automation department, with which you will have close collaboration in all projects. You will also work closely with property technicians in the mechanical and maintenance department.

In the long term, the position may develop to include fire alarm systems and lighting.

Qualifications

High school education in electrical/property automation. You have experience in property automation where you have worked with heating and ventilation systems in properties. Practical experience in electrical work and automation systems is an advantage.

You have a B driver's license.
