We need more staff within the Support, Care, and Welfare Administration.

The administration provides nursing, care, rehabilitation, support, and services. Together, our employees work around the clock to provide the best possible support and ensure a good and dignified life for those we serve.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In all our operations, your main task is to help individuals who need support and care in their daily lives. The job is social and varied, and you will receive a lot of training in working flexibly and solution-oriented. You need to be someone who can take responsibility and engage with people. If you are driven by doing good for others, that is a big plus.

You will work alongside dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues who want to contribute to the quality of life for our users and strengthen their ability to live independently.

Start dates will be ongoing throughout the autumn and by agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We place great importance on your personal suitability. We are looking for someone who:

• is attentive
• is social
• wants to help people live their best lives
• meets others with respect
• can collaborate with others
• is comfortable providing support to both men and women.

You may have experience from similar work or an education in care, child and leisure studies, or any pedagogical training, but this is not a requirement.

Requirements:

• you must be at least 18 years old
• you need good knowledge of the Swedish language
• for certain positions, you need a B driver's license.

To be eligible for employment in care and support, you must present a valid personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website www.skatteverket.se (http://www.skatteverket.se). In your application, you should indicate your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, which is required under the Aliens Ordinance.

If you are invited for an interview, you need to bring the above-mentioned documents with you at the time of the interview.
