Roles

Within Commercial, you will work on projects such as sales, marketing, strategy and market analysis, business development, key account management, sustainability and data analysis.

As part of the world's leading consumer goods company, you will have a unique opportunity to develop your skills and passion alongside industry-leading experts in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods). Our program focuses on providing you with the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in your future career. The setup for you as a Graduate is that you will gain unique insights into several business areas through our rotation program, where you will have the opportunity to take on different roles within Commercial. You will also be assigned a senior mentor who supports and coaches you in achieving your goals. Through the program, you will naturally also have the opportunity to network in an international company and connect with colleagues in other countries.

Who are we looking for?

We are primarily looking for you who come in with great curiosity, with a willingness to take initiative and learn. You have a strong analytical ability and are driven by continuously working on improvements. You are not afraid to be challenged, which you show with a humble and positive attitude. We welcome you who are driven by winning together, are a skilled communicator, and have the ability to create trustworthy relationships.

You also need:

• An academic degree (bachelor's or master's) in a relevant field such as Business Management, Strategy, Economics, Marketing, or similar
• We are looking for you who are recently graduated (no later than before the program starts in September 2025), or have up to 1 year of work experience
• Driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Permission to work in Sweden
• It is a plus if you have experience beyond studies from full-/part-time jobs, volunteer work, or engagement in activities at university/college; please share more in your application about how it can contribute to your role as a Graduate

Geographical location: Our “Happiness Factory” (headquarters and production facility) is located in Jordbro, Stockholm. Depending on the role, the first part of the program will involve an introduction through a role as a Field Sales Representative, which includes travel in the service to visit our customers (for example, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, cafes, service trade, fast serve, etc.). Since we have customers all over our long country, there is an opportunity to start from a location other than Stockholm in the first months of the program.
