About the pharmacies

Apoteket Tussilagon is located in a pleasant residential area in Enskede, near a health center and subway, while Apoteket Morkullan is centrally located at Hagsätra square with good communication via subway and bus. Together, these pharmacies form a well-functioning pharmacy group with seven committed and fantastic employees who deliver high quality in customer interactions every day.

We are now looking for you who want to take on the role of pharmacy manager and lead both pharmacies forward. Here, you have the opportunity to develop local collaborations and drive sales with creative thinking, while working with two teams that have strong team spirit and a great desire to succeed.

Your role

You lead and develop the business and the people around you – always with quality, care, and the customer’s needs in focus. Through your leadership, you ensure that the team has the right conditions to feel good, thrive, and provide our customers with the best possible help and advice. 

As the responsible manager for pharmacies Tussilagon and Morkullan, you play a key role in shaping a business where care, quality, and accountability permeate every day. By leading with engagement and clear direction, you create conditions for both employees and the business to develop.

• Lead and support your team, with an engaged leadership that creates security and well-being.

• Ensure high quality and patient safety, so that customers always receive professional help and advice.

• Actively work on improvements and development, both operationally and strategically, to strengthen the business and customer experience.

• Collaborate across departmental boundaries, share knowledge, and contribute to developing the entire pharmacy’s operations.

• Take initiative and drive change, both in daily operations and in long-term projects to meet future needs.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are a licensed pharmacist with a clear and engaging leadership style, as well as a genuine interest in developing both people and the business.

You may be an experienced leader with several years of managerial experience, or an experienced pharmacist who is passionate about leadership and wants to take on your first managerial role.

• You have a good business sense and preferably an eye for entrepreneurship; you enjoy finding opportunities, creating collaborations, and driving development.
• You are a confident and inspiring leader who engages and develops the people around you.
• You find it easy to collaborate and communicate clearly and openly.
• You are solution-oriented and thrive with both daily issues and long-term changes.
