Älvsborgsmässen The Mess is located at the Göteborg garrison Amf 4 in Västra Frölunda, where we currently serve between 60-100 lunches per day. We also offer breakfast and dinner upon request. We are now looking for a cheerful restaurant assistant with experience in cold kitchen who wants to work in a lovely environment at our Mess Restaurant.

Since we are located within a defense facility, you must be a Swedish citizen and have a clean criminal record.

About the position

We are looking for a flexible, quick-footed, and cheerful colleague who can handle various tasks within the restaurant and kitchen, as well as take orders, serve food, manage the cash register, wash dishes, and keep things clean. The position is primarily daytime Monday to Friday, but evenings and weekends may occur with orders.

We want you to have:

• Interest in food and beverages
• Previous experience in a restaurant
• Cash and computer skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
• B driver's license
