About Apoteket Morkullan
Apoteket Morkullan is located in Hagsätra center, just a two-minute walk from the subway. We are the only pharmacy in the center, which gives us a stable customer flow with many regular customers. We are a medium-sized pharmacy with four employees ensuring consistent staffing.
Your role
As a sales leader at Apoteket Morkullan, you will work with a forward-looking approach, quality, and customer needs in focus. Here you have an expanded responsibility where you, together with other functions, work to achieve our goals within quality and sales. You will work closely with our regional sales leaders, sales support, assortment department, and marketing department. In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our self-care department meets set goals and action plans. The position is primarily part-time (extent according to agreement).
What you will do with us:
- Sales management: You will be responsible for increasing our self-care sales and ensuring that we meet our sales targets.
- KPI monitoring: You will follow up on our progress by using key figures such as items per customer and average purchase.
- Campaign management: Plan, implement, and follow up on campaigns to ensure that the right information and products reach our customers. You will be the one ensuring that our campaigns are effective and attractive.
- Store preparation: You will ensure that the store is always ready for sales. This means that shelves are stocked, signage is attractive, and staff are trained and engaged.
Who are we looking for?
For this position, it is an advantage if you are a trained pharmacy technician, self-care advisor, or alternatively a licensed pharmacist. You likely have several years of experience in sales within pharmacies or retail.
You have preferably held a leading role with greater responsibility and experience in results and report follow-up.
As a sales leader, you need to have very good knowledge of MS Office.

- Have a passion for customer service and helping customers make the best choices for their health and well-being.
- Structured and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Have a positive and inspiring attitude that rubs off on your team.
- Have good communication skills, meaning you are pedagogical and can convey information to both colleagues and customers.
- Have a solution-oriented approach, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise.
- Have an eye for detail and work strategically to achieve desired results.
