At Attendo, we are currently looking for nursing assistants for Mårbackagatan in Farsta. We are looking for someone who can start working immediately on a fixed-term contract, but there is an opportunity for temporary positions. We are looking for you who can work days, evenings, and weekends.

Attendo Mårbackagatan is a nursing home located in Telestaden Farsta with good transport links. The facility started in April 2021 and is a lifestyle residence with beautiful and spacious common areas. The residence has 110 apartments with both somatic and dementia focus.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as being able to contribute to various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good ability to handle digital tools.
• Experience in care work in elderly care.
