We are now looking for an Enterprise Architect who wants to help shape the future digital gym experience!

About the role

As an Enterprise Architect with us, you will be a key player in driving our digital transformation and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technology. You will have overall responsibility for our technical architecture and long-term strategy, as well as ensuring that we create world-class digital services for our members and internal operations.

The role is based in Lund and reports to our CIO, while being part of Fitness 24 Seven's IT team and IT Management Team. You will work closely with other departments within IT, which consists of a total of 30 people in development, IT operations, project management, and Business Intelligence.

Your responsibilities

• Develop IT strategies that align with Fitness 24 Seven's overall goals.
• Analyze existing IT infrastructure and create roadmaps for technological development.
• Architecture design within digital development, cloud infrastructure, networks, IT security, and data.
• Create a technology roadmap for Fitness 24 Seven's digital development, including our website, app, membership system, and internal business support.
• Ensure that digital development and IT infrastructure work optimally together.
• Drive innovation and technical solutions that enhance the customer experience for our hundreds of thousands of members.
• Ensure that we build scalable, stable, and modern IT environments for our international growth.
• Inspire and develop an engaged team of developers, technicians, and digital specialists.
• Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, and operations to ensure that our digital solutions meet business needs and to promote collaboration, understanding, and synergies.

As an Enterprise Architect at Fitness 24 Seven, you will work with a modern tech stack in both digital development and IT infrastructure. The foundation for digital development is C# .NET and Azure Cloud native. Microsoft is also the focus for IT infrastructure with an emphasis on Azure. Fitness 24 Seven's global network is built on SD-WAN.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a passion for architecture design and IT strategies who wants to make a difference in a fast-growing and international environment. You have:

• Several years of experience in architecture design, IT strategies, and digital transformations.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, system development, cloud platforms, networks, and modern technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies, product development, and DevOps.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive initiatives from idea to reality.
• International experience or familiarity with working in a global context is a plus.
• You are an engaged team player who lifts your team and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
